1. Insert SIM Card Your service provider will supply you with a SIM card, which stores informa- tion regarding your connection and bill- ing details. "Care of Your SIM Card", Older SIM cards are only compatible if they are 3 V mini SIM cards. Contact your service provider if you have any questions or problems. -

To Charge the Battery: Your new battery will not be fully charged: • Insert the plug ot the charger into the socket in the phone (see illustration below). • Plug the charging unit into the mains power socket (first checking the rat- ed voltage of the charging unit). -

Such services are controlled by the SIM card, so that your telephone has no control over the procedure.
