Tips
Cleaning the telephone
•
Clean the device with a damp or antistatic cloth; never use a dry cloth.
•
If the device is very dirty, clean it with a diluted neutral cleaner such as
a dish detergent. Afterwards remove all traces of the cleaner with a
damp cloth (using water only).
•
Never use cleaners containing alcohol, cleaners that corrode plastic, or
abrasive powders.
Troubleshooting
Pressed key does not respond:
Check whether the key is stuck.
Telephone does not ring when a call comes in:
Check whether the "do not disturb" function is activated
deactivate it.
You cannot dial a phone number:
Check whether your telephone is locked
If so, unlock the telephone.
To correct any other problems:
First contact the relevant service personnel. If they are unable to correct the
problem, contact Customer Service.
