    Setting Up Your HP TouchSmart PC to Watch TV in Windows Media Center For information on connecting the TV signal, refer to the setup instructions that came with your computer. Once you have a TV signal, Microsoft Windows Media Center enables you to watch live TV and record TV programs on your computer.

You can use the Television Program Guide to find the program that you want to watch or record. You can also record a program while watching another prerecorded program.
