Before removing the WWAN board, follow these steps:

Prepare the computer for disassembly (see

Remove the bottom cover (see

Remove the WWAN module (see
Remove the WWAN board:
1.
Disconnect the cable from the smaller ZIF connector (1) on the WWAN board.
2.
Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screw (2) that secures the board to the computer.
3.
Lift the board (3) up enough to access the connector underneath.
